The sun is shining, the garden needs tidying up for the winter (not the least because the neighbour-over-the-back has just chopped the top off all her lovely conifers and exposed my bedroom to being overlooked by three houses I couldn't even see before, which probably means net curtains) and what am I doing? Lying in bed coughing ... and coughing ...
Before I was asthmatic, i.e. back in the bad old days when I smoked 20 a day and was perfectly healthy, the slight cold I have would have barely inconvenienced me. Now it's a complete knockout for a whole weekend :-S

Take advantage and take some down time. You have an excuse. Don't make yourself feel worse by trying to do things ...
My cough is now fairly imtermittant - leading to a moment late yesterday when I had a fit of it, and Robin remarked 'I thought you were over that.'
