I wouldn't mind if Norton (or Microsoft!) would kindly reinstate the missing file. I tried a system recovery, but all that achieved was reducing my computer to the speed of an old Amstrad and me to a state of collapse until the 4th reboot sorted out the problem again (phew!) but not the missing file, which is still resolutely missing. I can probably get it from another computer, but the irritating thing is that you have to. It's already the case that you have to switch off Norton to dowload the latest upgrade to internet explorer, or it doesn't install. I think this says more about Microsoft's programmers than it does about Norton!
