I was checking how much my old flat in Grimsby would be worth today when I came across this entry.  Is this the world's most honest estate agent ...

"Spacious end terrance house situated in good position.  The grottiest property on our books but a great refurbishment project."

... or did the grass growing out of the gutters leave them with no choice?!

No choice at all by the sound of it!

One has to applaud honesty in estate agents. Maybe with the problem with house prices at the moment it's the only way to make sales ...
